Bio
Anastasiia Gaidar was born on May 31, 1988 in the city of Makeevka. Her father was an architect and her mother was a homemaker. At the age of six, Anastasia began participating in exhibitions, and every year from 1994 to 2005 she held numerous solo exhibitions in Makeevka. She also participated in multiple exhibitions at the Donetsk Local Lore Museum and held three exhibitions at the Donetsk Art Museum.
At the age of nine, Anastasiia took part in an exhibition at the National Palace “Ukraine” in Kiev. She became the winner of the “Gifted Children” festival at the age of ten and held her exhibition at the Bost-Art gallery at the age of eleven. At the ages of ten and thirteen, she represented the profession of a sculptor at the All-Ukrainian Folk Art Fair. At the age of thirteen and sixteen, Anastasia participated in the congresses of architects “The Great Silk Road”. At 17, her name was included in the Book of Honor of the city of Makeevka.
Anastasiia received a presidential scholarship from the ages of 10 to 18. At the age of 18, she worked at the Donetsk Metallurgical Plant, where she created sculptures for the bell section. She personally created more than 1000 icons to decorate the bells, which were then cast and sent to various cities in Russia, Ukraine, and foreign countries.
Since 2016, Anastasiia has been living and working in Vilnius (Lithuania).
